At Windward Island Logistics Services, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of shipping container sales, all container purchases are final and non-refundable once delivered or collected.
• The container delivered is not the type, size, or condition agreed upon in the sales invoice.
• The container has structural damage that renders it unfit for use and this was not disclosed at the time of sale.
To request a return, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence and a written description of the issue. All return requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Please note that cosmetic wear, surface rust, and minor dents are standard for used containers and do not qualify for returns.

• The container delivered is not the correct size or type as specified in the sales invoice.
• The container has major structural defects or damage that occurred prior to delivery.
• Customers must report any issues within 48 hours of delivery.
• All claims must include photo evidence and a detailed description of the issue.
• Containers must remain unmodified and unused for a return to be valid.
• Cosmetic blemishes such as minor scratches, handling marks, or small dents that do not affect functionality.
• Containers that have been relocated, altered, or loaded after delivery.

We ensure that all items are sourced according to the specifications confirmed by the client. It is the client's responsibility to carefully review and approve all product details, pricing, and terms prior to final confirmation.
Returns may be considered under the following conditions:
The product delivered does not match the approved specifications (e.g. incorrect model, size, or brand).
The item is defective or damaged upon delivery and such damage was not caused during shipping, installation, or use.
To initiate a return, clients must notify us in writing within 3 business days of receiving the item(s), including supporting photos and details of the issue.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Special order or custom items
Items damaged due to mishandling or incorrect use after delivery
Perishable goods, consumables, or items marked as final sale
Goods where the manufacturer's return window has expired
Approved refunds will be issued minus any applicable restocking fees, supplier charges, or shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
Where items are procured through third-party suppliers, their return policies may apply. We will liaise on the client's behalf to facilitate any eligible return or exchange.
